Weight and Hunger Problem? I'm 12 years old.?

Recently, since monday I have been not on a diet but eating healthily.
I used to eat a lot of fatty sugary foods and whenever I had a craving I would easily give into it without thought. I weighed 8 stone on sunday night. I’m 12 years old girl and 5 foot 2. I know this is not overweight I only tryed to eat less to be healthier.

Everyday for the past 6 days I have eaten the same thing -

Breakfast – wholegrain nimble bread with reduced sugar jam and innocent smoothie
Lunch – wholegrain roll with lettuce tomato and chicken. 1 quorn scotch egg. red grapes. 1 bottle of actimel and 1 bottle of water.

Dinner – Meat, potatoes and veg. And sometimes a pasta dish with veg.

I eat this because I know it’s healthy and what I should be eating. It amounts to 900-1300 calories everyday. I am now 7 stone 8. How can I have possible lost 6 pounds in 6 days? I must admit my calorie intake before was probably something from 2000-3000 a day. I also used to do hardly any physical activity. On monday I went for a 20 minute walk and today I did 1 hour of freestyle dance class. And I never feel hungry anymore? I haven’t physically felt hunger in about a week. I just eat becasue I know I have to. I ignore all cravings. Have I been eating to less or what? I thought I was just being healthy.

Please please please help me!
In pounds my weight went from 112 to 105.
8 stone is uk weight mesurement. in pounds 8 stone i 112 pounds and 7 stone 8 is 105 pounds. sorry i forgot the majority of you are american.

    wat does 8 stone mean????? but you should still eat maybe 1900 calories a day because if u go from 3000 to 900 calories a day obviously you WILL lose weight

    ok at 12 years old you need energy from the food you eat. before my parents divorced i only at junk at holidays. i think its good for you to be trying this hard… but u need to give yourself some variety. For example have meatloaf one night and veggies the next. my mom loves mixing stuff together. so for breakfast she takes quaker oats oatmeal and cooks it, but puts eggs in it too. you know the egg is cooked when there are white clumps in the oatmeal. Also, there is this vitamin product, its called Juice Plus. It comes in the capsule form, gummy form and i think chewable form. My mom puts the capsule powder in the meatloaf. Also i have a great-grandmother(91!) and in my family one of the things we love is chopped liver. You buy chicken liver at the store(not expensive and i know it looks extremely disgusting but it tastes amazing!!!) and an onion,eggs(hard boil them) and olive oil (pretty sure it that kind). Anyway chop up the onion, sate the onion in the oil. take a wooden bowl and a chopper and chop up th eggs. Put the chicken livers through a strainer and pour water over them. When the onions are translucent like add in the chicken livers. Im not sure how long they cook but eventually they start to look like leathery, i guess. Anyway when they are all leathery, not slimy or shiny. put them in with the chopped eggs and chop it up all again, mix it around too. refrigerate it, it makes a great snack with wheat thins!!! I would look up the recipe online. I will have my grandmother email it to me and then try to give it to you. and don’t work yourself too hard, playing outside with friends for a few hours can help with exercising!
