Breakfast:
Naked Smoothie
Fruit bowl w/ slices mango, pineapple, apple, raisins, and granola pieces
Lunch/snack:
2 Luna bars
Dinner:
Salad w/ lettuce, broccoli, tomato, mushrooms, carrots, an egg, and cucumbers
slice bread
Dessert:
raisins and walnuts (maybe cranberries too)
Exercise:
1 hour cardio
1/2 hour weights/crunches/stretching
