Hmm…is this a good diet?

Morning:
Smoothie that includes a banana, orange juice, and yogurt.
Snack:
A small fruit and nut bar
Lunch:
A peanut butter sandwich and a cheese stick.
Snack:
Apple slices
Dinner:
Cheese pasta with tomato sauce
I do 50 crunches and 10 push ups at night if that helps..
