how does my diet look?

6 am smoothie. Strawberries, a whole banana, milk, ice, scoop of whey protein and 2 tsps of fiber powder. Then I hit the gym. lifted about 45 minutes, did 30 min of cardio and drank 2 glasses of water and went to class.
