Am i eating enough? Why am i loosing weight?

I am 15, 5′8 and 100 lbs. 4 months ago i was 130. I did become a vegan isntead of a vegetarian but im pretty sure im getting enuf calories. tomarow this is what i plan on having

Is this Diet plan Healthy and okay to loose weight?

Breakfast:
Small bowl of cheerios and skimmed milk
Orange juice
Banana
Lunch:
tuna and extra light mayo on wholemeal toast
Apple
Smoothie
Dinner:
Lentil soup and crackerbread
Shape yogurt
Pomegreat (pomegranates)
Snack on:
Dates
And also i do an hour of exercise every morning
And drink plenty of water
Is that okay? it roughly comes to about 1100 calories a day

Is this diet healthy?

I want to lose weight fast and start seeing results so i’m completely changing my eating habits and exercise routine to the below:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal
Snack: Hard-boiled egg or 90 calorie granola bar
Lunch:Fruit Smoothie with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt.

Breakfast: Banana and 100% fruit juice smoothie and 1 orange.
Snack:4 brown-rice cakes, small fruit salad
Lunch:Salad- lettuce, carrot,tomato,avo,cucumber,almonds and low fat salad dressing
