please help, how did i eat today?

i am a runner and today i ran to burn 700 calories, i am 5′5 105 lbs female trying to maintain weight
i ate:
greek yogurt and fruit smoothie
grilled chicken on wheat sandwich
salmon, broccoli, sweet potato
big bowl of ice cream
cliff bar and a pear
the smoothie was breakfast

How can I improve my diet?

This is what I’ve eaten for the last few days:
Day 1:
brunch: 1 cup of orange juice, 1.5 cups of flax cereal, 1 cup soy milk, 3 strawberries, 1 mini peach yogurt.
mid afternoon: salmon sandwich
Dinner; sml plate of veggies, stir fry, baked potato and apple
day 3:
flax cereal with Banana, orange juice and 6 dried apple rings

Was this a good diet and exercise for today? Can I have another snack with this?

**Keep in mind I am 14**
Breakfast:
Bagel with low-fat cream cheese
Strawberry Yogurt with granola
Lunch:
Cold salmon on crackers (Triscuits)
Dinner:
Hamburger with lettuce (I was forced to eat it…)
Exercise:
1 hour of shooting baskets
10 minutes of tennis (I would have played longer, but my strings on my raquet broke)
25 minutes of dancing
20 squats
5 leg lifts

Is this a healthy, reasonable/realistic diet?

Breakfast- Rice bubbles, fruit salad in juice and low fat milk.
Morning tea- an apple.
Lunch- Sandwich x1- grain bread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot and ham or turkey.
Afternoon tea- smoothie x1. Low fat milk, fresh berries, tinned tropical fruit salad in juice.
Dinner- Baked salmon or cod/chicken/lean beef. Steamed veges. Pasta/rice.
Dessert- Low fat yogurt.

Have i done enough exercise today to counteract what i've eaten?

Today, i cycled to my leisure centre there and back which took 40 mins in total, then i went for a 45 min swim. Later i cycled again to work which took me 40 mins there and back….thats all ive done today but im scared ive eaten too much, more than what ive burned off……
