How much can i lose on this diet?

Breakfast- smoothie (banana,blueberry,strawberry,whey protein,peanut butter,yogurt and or kashi cereal and banana
lunch- Spinach leaves, tuna or turkey. I may add onion or whatever veggie/fruit i feel like at the time, 1 apple with every lunch
Snack- carrots or cottage cheese
dinner- Egg whites and veggies

Today:
-pasta salad with feta, pine nuts, olive oil, and cooked tomato
-bagel with cream cheese and slice of tomato
-fiber one bar
-kashi cereal with rice milk
-2 pieces of Hershey’s bliss chocolate
-acai smoothie
-1 whole apple with peanut butter (2-3 tablespoons)
-1/2 cup of blackberries
-1 slice pizza
-5 pretzel sticks
