did I eat good today?

breakfast: one slice of wheat bagel with egg whites.
lunch: sandwich with 2 slices of wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, cheese and turkey. with no mayo
snack: yogurt smoothie
dinner: macaroni and cheese with baby carrots and 2 boiled eggs without yolk on the side
im not over weight im just trying to be healthy

Breakfast: 2 egg white omlette, brown toast, skim milk
Lunch: grilled chicken breast sandwich (w/ lettuce, tomato, no mayo)
Pre-workout meal: mixed nuts or banana
Post-workout meal: fat-free smoothie w/ protein booster
Dinner: rice w/ grilled chicken/fish and vegetables, some kind of fruit (banana)
