Did I eat healthy enough today and tomorrow?

Breakfast (7 am) special K cereal with fresh blueberries and strawberries
Snack (10 am) peanut butter "full bar"
Lunch (4:30 pm) turkey, lettuce, tomato, and bacon sandwich on whole wheat bread with some potatoe salad and a small oatmeal cookie.
Dinner (6 pm) brown rice with some grilled chicken, and diced tomatoes, scallions, and celery.

Is this a healthy, reasonable/realistic diet?

Breakfast- Rice bubbles, fruit salad in juice and low fat milk.
Morning tea- an apple.
Lunch- Sandwich x1- grain bread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot and ham or turkey.
Afternoon tea- smoothie x1. Low fat milk, fresh berries, tinned tropical fruit salad in juice.
Dinner- Baked salmon or cod/chicken/lean beef. Steamed veges. Pasta/rice.
