I want to lose weight fast and start seeing results so i’m completely changing my eating habits and exercise routine to the below:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal
Snack: Hard-boiled egg or 90 calorie granola bar
Lunch:Fruit Smoothie with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt.
Snack:Hard-boiled egg or some type of vegetable.
