is this diet healthy or do I need to add anything to it?

I am a 32 year old male 5 feet 11 inches weigh 178lbs….recently started work out 3 days a week. i take the foll. diet……pls suggest if it is healthy…..i am a vegetarian
breakfast:
fat free milk with oatmeal,bluberries,raisins
lunch:

for breakfast: a strawberry/blueberry smoothie
then i had dried apples and pears
lunch: a turkey and lettuce sandwhich
then i had a really big cookie
when i got home, i ate an orange and some cheese and some rolled up sandwhich meat.

Well, I just made my own smoothie. I added 1/2 of a banana, and 5 strawberries, 1 cup of lactose free milk (I’m lactose intolerant) and 2 cups of ice. Would you say this was a semi-healthy snack?

Who makes smoothies and what do you put in it?

I love them! For fruit I either use bananas, pears, strawberries etc. Then add lactose-free milk, old-fashioned oatmeal, smoothie mix, mix nuts, yogurt and sometimes peanut butter. I swear, it’s sooooo good! (Hey, I have to be creative!)
