Breakfast:
Naked Smoothie
Fruit bowl w/ slices mango, pineapple, apple, raisins, and granola pieces
Lunch/snack:
2 Luna bars
Dinner:
Salad w/ lettuce, broccoli, tomato, mushrooms, carrots, an egg, and cucumbers
slice bread
Dessert:
raisins and walnuts (maybe cranberries too)
Exercise:
1 hour cardio
1/2 hour weights/crunches/stretching

Has my diet been good so far today?

Breakfast: An egg (Sunny side up) and 2 small pieces of bacon and a piece of Rye Bread
Snack: Blueberry smoothie (Blueberries,milk and Low fat vanilla yogurt)
Lunch: one medium size piece of chicken breast with a chickpea and tuna mixed on the side and some frozen peas carrots and corn put in the microwave.

Why am I so bloated?

I am constantly bloated, can someone tell me why?
Here is what I ate today, it’s pretty average:
