Okay so my usual workout routines
Monday- I run 8 miles at 7mph+ on the treadmill
Tuesday-90 mins of ballet class
Wednesday-run 8 miles on the treadmil 7mph+
Thursday-90 mins master ballet class
Friday- run 8 miles on treadmill 7mph+
Saturday- 90 mins master ballet class
sunday- Sometimes i run sometimes i dont
My eating schedual
