A standard sized bowl of wholegrain Cereal.
-250 ml Smoothie.
Lunch- Usually during the week.
-Sandwhich usually of malted brown bread with either turkey or ham.
-Walkers Baked Crisps.
-Bannana
-Another Smoothie
-Fruit salad (comes in like a plastic cup with a fork/spoon thing)
Dinner
