This is what I’ve eaten for the last few days:
Day 1:
brunch: 1 cup of orange juice, 1.5 cups of flax cereal, 1 cup soy milk, 3 strawberries, 1 mini peach yogurt.
mid afternoon: salmon sandwich

Is my diet good?

Breakfast-
A standard sized bowl of wholegrain Cereal.
-250 ml Smoothie.
Lunch- Usually during the week.
-Sandwhich usually of malted brown bread with either turkey or ham.
-Walkers Baked Crisps.
-Bannana
-Another Smoothie
-Fruit salad (comes in like a plastic cup with a fork/spoon thing)
Dinner
2 Chicken Kiev’s with Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato with some vegetables like sweetcorn and Broccoli or something [...]
