Breakfast- smoothie (banana,blueberry,strawberry,whey protein,peanut butter,yogurt and or kashi cereal and banana
lunch- Spinach leaves, tuna or turkey. I may add onion or whatever veggie/fruit i feel like at the time, 1 apple with every lunch
Snack- carrots or cottage cheese
dinner- Egg whites and veggies
