How much can i lose on this diet?

Breakfast- smoothie (banana,blueberry,strawberry,whey protein,peanut butter,yogurt and or kashi cereal and banana
lunch- Spinach leaves, tuna or turkey. I may add onion or whatever veggie/fruit i feel like at the time, 1 apple with every lunch
Snack- carrots or cottage cheese
dinner- Egg whites and veggies

also my mother and gradmother suffers from high blood pressure…i dont but i want to stay clear of anything with fat and high sodium
i dont know what kind of meat? any siggestions??? it has to be low sodium and non-fat

Smoothies to lose weight?

Will this diet plan work?
I go to the gym everyday and bike 10 miles
Eat chicken for dinner everyday and all fruit smoothies including
Bananas,carrots,celery,cherry,orange,grapes,strawberries,milk.
Could I lose weight drinking the smoothies for breakfast and lunch.
And small snacks throughout the day.
Could I lose decent amount a week?

Today I ate:
-2 slices of cheese pizza
-1 banana
-1 cup of carrots
-1 cup of apples
-2 cups of homemade blueberry smoothies
-1 cup of blueberries
-2 cups of diet pepsi
-about 4 bottles of water (since it’s summer and i sweat alot)
