Okay, I don’t eat that much, because honestly, I’m not very hungry anytime!
Well, for breakfast I have:
Cereal (Kashi or Something) with Soy milk
A Fruit Smoothie (Mango, Banana, Oranges, Strawberries, Plain Yogurt, Carrot Juice)
An Apple
2 Glasses of Water
And Vitamins
