What I’ve eaten today…
Breakfast – homemade smoothie with fat free natural yoghurt, fresh blueberries, banana, and orange juice
Snack – fruit
Lunch – watercress, spinach, rocket, cucumber, pepper, tomato, celery, beetroot and avocado salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing and flax seed.

Breakfast: Banana and 100% fruit juice smoothie and 1 orange.
Snack:4 brown-rice cakes, small fruit salad
Lunch:Salad- lettuce, carrot,tomato,avo,cucumber,almonds and low fat salad dressing
Snack:5 dates and small handful nuts

so spread out over the day i ate
2 cups of smoothie made with frozen berries and soymilk
2 bananas
1 apple w/ 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1/3 c mixed veggies
a sandwich with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and green bell peppers on my dad’s homemade whole wheat bread

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ raw berries, raw sliced almonds mixed in.
Lunch: "Green" smoothie (lettuce, carrots, bananas, berries, watermelon, flax seeds, & wheatgrass) Don’t cringe, it’s actually delicious! =)
