SOME SERiOUS SPiNACH SMOOTHiE

A fellow P90X-er asked me what I put in my post-WO [work-out] drink. – Fage Greek yogurt – banana, apple, or both, sometimes I pre-cut these & stick ‘em in the fridge as well – frozen fresh berries instead of ice – P90X Whey Protein powder, 1 scoop of the vanilla flavored one – half a bag of Spinach Salad As of 04/09 I’ve used Shakeology As of 12/09 I’ve been using Silk Tofu
