So I want to cleanse my body out and lose weight? I would love a body like megan fox, will this work?

Waking up 1 fresh squeeze juice either
kale, lemon, celery, apple or
carrot, apple

After about 20 min or whenever I get hungry
Fresh fruit

Lunch
Fresh salad all raw

Snack
Lara bar or
fresh juice of lemon/apple or cranberry apple or
fresh smoothie with all fruit or with coconut kefir
Any other options?

Dinner
Steamed veggies with fish like salmon
fresh salad with nuts, egg, or fish

later on if I get hungry fresh fruit, is that okay like if I eat this at 9? Because I always get so hungry at night.

And then I need help on what I should do for exercise, I have a gym membership and I have a small trampoline at home with some weights?

I am looking to lose 40 pounds by summer, do you think if I stay strick with this diet I can achieve that goal? I cant eat wheat or dairy and I dont like eating animals accept I can do fish and eggs just because I know I need the protien.
Let me refrase that I cant eat wheat or dairy im allergic and my body swells up but I still eat so much but I eat healthy its just that im always overeating :(

    Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

    OMG! i wish i had ur willpower.
    that might work to loose alot of weight but someone told me that 30lbs was to much to loose by summer. i guess it depends on the type of body u got but yeah that definitley will loose alot of pounds for u

    losing a large amount of weight fast is not good for the body. Instead of just losing fat, the body also loses lean body mass like muscle and bone. A safe weight loss is approximately 1 – 2 pounds per week. Lean body mass is important because it is actually active tissue that uses energy– it increases your metabolic weight and will aid in losing fat. The best way to lose fat and not lean body mass is to eat healthy and reduce intake by 250 calories per day. In addition to calorie reduction, an increase calorie expenditure (exercise) that burns 250 calories per day should be included. Therefore, the daily deficit of calories is 500 calories per day equals 3500 calories per week and approximately 1-2 lbs of weight loss. For exercise, i would recommend 2-3 days of cardio training for 20-60 minutes. If you want you can break the time into two different times during the day. Eg. a 10 minute walk in the morning and a 10 minute bike in the evening. You should aim for you heart rate to be 55-95% of your heart rate maximum (220 minus your age), If you are just starting to exercise aim for the lower end of the heart rate range

    restricting your diet to just those foods for the next 4 months is not good. If you do not vary your diet then you may become deficient in certain vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that the foods do not contain

    You may want to consider adding more than just fruit into that diet :P

    It may look great on paper, but calories from carbs in the fruits will burn significantly faster than protein does, and you’ll be starving an hour after that morning juice. 200 calories of egg whites that lasts you 2 hours is better (and tastier) than eating 120 calories of fruit every hour and being hungry all day.

    You can’t forget whole grains either, and fiber makes you feel full and has no additional calories. A great breakfast suggestion is Frosted Mini Wheats (or just normal boring wheats), being loaded with 7g of fiber and 15g of protein with milk.

    For cardio, just think of something you enjoy doing. Whether it be jogging through the park, jumping rope, or dancing. Be creative! :)
