		<description>Well the peanut butter is not the best thing to eat if trying to lose weight. 1 tsp I believe has 16 grams of fat, that&#039;s alot. You could do without the cheese, try fat free if cheese is too much of a sacrifice. Omlete is fine, but try the egg beaters, 1 eggs is about 5 grams of fat, so if you eat 2, then thats 10 grams you can eliminate. No no on the almonds, each almond is about 1 gram of fat. So, if you eliminate the suggested items you would save about 50 grams of fat a day.</description>
