Low carb diet question??
Im gonna try a low carb diet tomorrow!! Is this ok to eat??
breakfast….omelet with mixed veggies, 1 slice of cheese. snack whey protein smoothie w/ faf free milk, frozen banana, 1 tsp of peanut butter, lunch 6 oz of tuna with some melted cheese, with celery and carrots, afternoon snack, almonds w/dried cranberries, dinner 3 roast beef roll-ups with half piece of colby jack cheese and horsradish and asparagus, let me know if this a good meal plan…and if you’d like to share some of your low carb meals?? Thanks!!
Well the peanut butter is not the best thing to eat if trying to lose weight. 1 tsp I believe has 16 grams of fat, that’s alot. You could do without the cheese, try fat free if cheese is too much of a sacrifice. Omlete is fine, but try the egg beaters, 1 eggs is about 5 grams of fat, so if you eat 2, then thats 10 grams you can eliminate. No no on the almonds, each almond is about 1 gram of fat. So, if you eliminate the suggested items you would save about 50 grams of fat a day.
