Is a banana smoothie healthy for breakfast or a snack?

I exercise 4 times week for 1 hour and have been steadily losing weight. I don’t want to throw myself off. I would be having 1 or 2 bananas with a cup of milk and ice cubes…that’s it.

    I’d say it would be best as a snack. Since you are making it yourself it shouldn’t be too sugary or have a lot of calories. Homemade smoothies are the best. I am pregnant and I think I am going to start making more smoothies! I find fruit more appealing in the smoothie form.

    well if it’s skin milk you sure inside, then yes it’s healthy! …But if it’s reg milk, then no!

    So if your using reg milk, then stop! …Add skin milk instead.
