How long is frozen fruit good for once it is defrosted? It's gone straight from freezer to fridge?
I was going to make smoothies so I took 1 bag of strawberries out and another of blueberries. I was wondering if anyone knows how long I can keep/use them after they have defrosted.
This is not the first time I have not gotten around to making them right away.

About 2 days before the take on "flavors" from other foods in the fridge.
I would think from 3 to 7 days in the fridge, I always put my fruit in frozen for smoothies.
