Healthy smoothie recipes is where the recipe aims to maximize the nutritional content of the drink and pack in as many vitamins and micro nutrients as possible, some will even contain the recommended daily amounts of some or all of the vitamins and micro nutrients our bodies require. Healthy Berry Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups mixed of frozen mixed berries(raspberries and blueberries)
- 1 cup plain yogurt or milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup apple juice
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend for 20 seconds
- Serve in a tall glass with a straw
