Healthy diet or not?

Lately, I’ve been having doubts about my eating habits. I wonder if it’s healthy, I mostly wonder if it’s enough. I have been on this diet for 5 years now, and I’m perfectly healthy according to my doctor.
Anyway I need objective opinions:

Breakfast:
- Raisin Bran with 1/8 cup extra raisins
- 6 oz. of blueberry smoothie

Lunch:
- Veggie burger
- Lentils or beets
- Carrots or snow peas or broccoli

Snack:
- An apple or a pear

Dinner:
- Veggie soup
- Whole wheat bread sandwich with hummus and a veggie

Dessert:
- Ice-cream, mostly pomogranate, mango, pistachio or caramel.
- Blueberries

I drink 2 liters of water a day.
I exercise for one hour every day: 30 minutes of jogging and 30 minutes of cardio and weight training. Why? Because activity releases endorphins that make you happy and energetic.
I am 5′10”, 120 lbs, and 20 years old. I fluctuate between 115 and 125 lbs, but that’s because of my height.

Anyway, is this healthy? Give me your opinions!
Thanks!

  1. Will Power says:

At 5′10" and 120 lbs, your doctor is right, you are healthy. You may even be on the "skinny" side.
    RE: your diet
It looks good. With your exercise you are burning enough calories. The water is a big deal. Stay away from those flavored zero calorie waters. They typically have artificial sweeteners that contain aspartame. This is not good for you at all.
