I am trying to get into green smoothies having trouble I was mixing romaine, spinach, banana, apple, pear, lemon and water but I think I will try the coconut water, and honey, and cinnamon with it.

I love green smoothies! I’m allergic to honey, so I use a little bit of agave nectar. I never thought of adding cucumbers, I’ll have to give that a try next go around as well as the coconut water. Keep the great tips coming in 2012! Happy New Year!!
