Do i eat too much on a daily basis? Please HELP…i don't want to get fat!!?
Ok….here’s an outline of my typical everyday diet:
Porridge with muesli on top with a banana
Fruit smoothie
Egg noodles, with tuna, tomato, cucumber, spinach and watercress, and coleslaw
2 rice cakes with low fat cottage cheese
apple
pear
handful of sunflower seeds
Fish, vegetables (e.g carrots, broccoli, swede, aubergines) and a jacket potato
pineapple
pomegranate
Is that too much food do you think? I am a fairly active person too, going swimming and i try to jog for an hour five days a week as well as walking a lot…..but am i still eating too much? i don’t want to put on weight! Please help!

didn’t even read what you wrote because i don’t need to.
if you are getting on a scale and it shows you are gaining weight then you are eating too much. otherwise you are not.
it’s not rocket science
The amount of food you eat depends on your activity level and the height, weight and age of your body. In order to determine the amount you should be eating to sustain your body through ordinary functions and exercise, I suggest you look at sites just as http://www.caloriecounter.com and http://www.mydailyplate.com and track your exercise and intake for a few days to obtain a rough idea of what your intake should be. If you only eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full, you will never be eating too much. :]
