I am trying to lose weight.
Breakfast:
Green Tea. Apple cut up into yogurt and a boiled egg and 1 buttered rye-vita.
Lunch:
Wrap with roasted vegetables and goats milk cheese. About 7 fried chips that came with the meal I resisted the rest.
Berry Smoothie.
Snack at 4 pm:
Tea. Muesli and fruit and yogurt. One sugar biscuit.
