Am I Having Cravings, or Real Hunger? ?

Okay, I don’t eat that much, because honestly, I’m not very hungry anytime!
Well, for breakfast I have:
Cereal (Kashi or Something) with Soy milk
A Fruit Smoothie (Mango, Banana, Oranges, Strawberries, Plain Yogurt, Carrot Juice)
An Apple
2 Glasses of Water
And Vitamins

Do you think what I've eaten is healthy enough?

Breakfast: Fruit smoothie with buttered bagel
Snack: Mango yoghurt
Lunch: Wholemeal bread with ham, tomatoes and lettuce with a generous spread of mayo
Snack: A handful of grapes
Dinner: Rice with minced meat and beans
And I had no soft drinks or coffee, I just drank water all day.
Is it healthy for a teenager? Should I eat a little more?

Is the food that I ate today 'diet' healthy? Any tips? Will I lose weight on this diet?

Breakfast:
Green Tea. Apple cut up into yogurt and a boiled egg and 1 buttered rye-vita.
Lunch:
