Smoothie Maker Recipes

After college, I am thinking about starting a bussiness that sells smoothies and fruit desserts.
Is it a good idea?
Will it work better in a mall or downtown?
PS: All the smoothie and fruit dessert recipes were all made up by myself. (i experiment a lot)
