can you give pomegranate to an eight month old?

I love pomegranate and my daughter has taken an interest in everything I eat so sometimes I let her have a little. So I’m just wondering if pomegranate is safe.
I meant just the juice, I wouldn’t give her the seeds. Thanks for the answers.

Definitely not. No nuts/seeds until after 2 years of age when there isn’t as much of a choking/aspiration risk. Pomegranate juice–absolutely!

I wouldn’t. The seeds could pose a choking or aspiration risk.

I wouldn’t give an 8 month old a pomegranate, they might choke on the seed! maybe juice… but not actual pomegranate until she learns how to spit it out!

Ummmm NO, unless your just giving her the juice. Eight month old babies should barley be eating baby cereal not pomegranates. Their digestive system is not ready for pomegranates.
